Accent Computer Solutions is an Inland Empire Top Workplace for the 4th Year in a Row

Company News

Rancho Cucamonga, CA (December 3, 2018) – “Everyone truly works as a team; Great place to learn and grow; No micro managing.” Those are just three of the comments that employees included on the anonymous survey that landed Accent Computer Solutions, Inc. on Inland News Group’s 2018 list of Top Workplaces for the fourth year in a row.

The survey, administered through a third-party research company, Energage, measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, and is voluntarily completed by employees. Participants have the opportunity to leave comments, providing more insight into their attitudes about their employer. Employees at Accent are not at all surprised that this family-owned company is getting recognition as a great employer.

“Accent is an awesome place to work because of the great team culture inside and outside of the office. I work with a skilled team of experts ready to attack any challenge during the work week, and then wrangle some trout on the weekend,” said Ryan Ziska, Team Service Manager.

Work-life balance is important to Marty Kaufman, President and founder of the company. His wife, son, and daughter all work alongside him in the business. Equally important is empowering people to learn and grow professionally in order to continuously improve the way that they serve clients.

“The feedback that we get from our clients is that they not only appreciate the expertise that we bring to them to improve their business with technology, but that they enjoy the interactions that they have with our staff,” said Marty Kaufman.

Joe Joswiak, CFO at Chino Basin Watermaster, a client of Accent Computer Solutions, completely agrees, “Every organization is only as good as their staff. Marty has done a very good job at creating a very good organization that is extremely business-friendly and user-friendly."
